Our commitment is to process your order efficiently and accurately. Our dedicated team operates during the following hours:

  • Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding major U.S. holidays.

  • Order Review & Preparation: All orders require a standard 2-4 business day processing time. During this period, we verify payment, inspect inventory, and securely package your items for transit.

  • Same-Day Processing Cut-off: To ensure timely dispatch, orders placed and confirmed before 5:00 PM EST will begin the processing cycle on that same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Transit Time

 

We offer reliable shipping options to meet your needs. Please note that transit times begin after your order has been fully processed and dispatched from our facility.

  • Standard Shipping: This is our default service, providing delivery within 5–7 business days post-dispatch. This option utilizes reputable national carriers.

  • Expedited Shipping: For customers requiring faster delivery, an expedited option may be available. This service is subject to an additional fee and its availability is contingent on your location and the current capacity of our partnered carriers.   • Transparency: All final, location-specific shipping costs will be clearly itemized and displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

Staying informed about your delivery is easy.

  • Dispatch Notification: Once your order has left our facility, you will receive an automated email notificationconfirming the shipment.

  • Tracking Details: This email will include your unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website, allowing you to monitor the real-time status and location of your package throughout its journey.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions and Service Area

 

  • Service Area: We are currently restricted to shipping only within the continental United States.

  • International Shipments: We do not offer international shipping services at this time.

  • Non-Standard Addresses: For security and delivery confirmation purposes, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. A physical street address is required.

  • Legal Compliance: We reserve the right to review, cancel, or refuse any order where shipping restrictions, regulations, or safety concerns are identified.
